This luxurious, gentle blend is formulated for delicate, sensitive skin, suitable for dogs of every life stage, from puppies to seniors, including smooth-coated and hairless breeds, and mature or senior skin. Crafted using only the finest plant-based ingredients and free from harsh chemicals, it gently cleanses the coat without stripping or irritating natural oils.
Balm Mint and Chamomile work together for their gentle astringent and anti-inflammatory qualities, cleansing and moisturizing to support optimal skin health. Rosemary nourishes the hair and fur, helping it look fuller — making it especially well-suited for patchy coats. Nutrient-rich Oat delivers soothing omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids directly to the skin and coat. Sunflower Oil, packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, helps replenish the skin and maintain its natural moisture and oil balance, while Linseed Oil, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, provides deep moisture and coat conditioning.
At the heart of the formula is New Zealand Manuka Honey — often called the country's "liquid gold" — prized for feeding, protecting, and renewing a dog's skin. As a natural humectant, it locks in moisture for a healthy, high-shine coat. The blend is further enriched with New Zealand bioactive botanicals Kiwi, Flax, and Pohutukawa, each contributing essential minerals and antioxidants to deeply condition and hydrate skin and coat. Added Vitamin B5 and E round out the formula for optimal coat health and shine.

This soothing, elegant fragrance opens with floral-savory green top notes, unfolding into lingering Magnolia and Rose, blended with woody-sweet Cedarwood Virginia and fresh Coriander. The scent settles into a soft, creamy Vanilla and warm Sandalwood base — a calming, comforting aroma crafted specifically for a dog's sensitive sense of smell. Fragrant, but never overwhelming. Certified 100% natural fragrance, created in New Zealand and developed in the South of France.

Usage & Dilution:
Washing a small breed dog using the glove method: 1 pump ≈ 1,250 washes per 1.32 gallon (169 fl. oz.)
Medium breed dog (e.g., Schnauzer) using the glove method: 1.5 pumps ≈ 835 washes per 1.32 gallon (169 fl. oz.)
Can be used straight, or diluted 10:1 up to 20:1
How to Use:
Wet the coat thoroughly, apply shampoo liberally, and massage through the entire coat, avoiding eyes and inner ears. Rinse well with clean water until it runs clear. Amount used will vary by dog size and coat type. For best results, follow immediately with the smith&burton Soothing Conditioner. We recommend bathing in warm water and brushing the coat beforehand. Can be used as often as needed.
