SHIPPING

Most small items (accessories) ship within 1 week. Most large equipment is made to order and typical lead times are 2-6 weeks (see product for more specific dates).

The Groomer's Shop offers free shipping on all orders. For large or heavy items (such as cages and tubs) delivered to a residential address, or any order where carrier costs exceed $299, we'll contact you within 48 hours to discuss any additional shipping charges before processing. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be held until shipping details are confirmed. Free shipping includes a delivery appointment and liftgate service to a commercial address. Residential shipping and other special circumstances will incur additional fees. Any additional shipping charges incurred at time of delivery will be billed to you, the customer.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted when manufacturer allows. Most returns will be subject to a 10-15% re-stocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be pre-authorized and cancelled in writing. A cancellation is only accepted if manufacturer allows. Most cancellations will be subject to a 10-15% fee. If item has already been shipped, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
